Bluebird Self Storage - Saint John Millidge

I’ve had 2 storage units through Bluebird Storage and have nothing but great things to say about them!! The facility is spotless, great security system, and the staff is always there to answer questions for you. If you’re a student like myself, they offer great prices!!

I had a great experience with everyone at Bluebird! All the staff are knowledgeable, efficient and super accommodating. No complaints - will definitely use Bluebird again when needed.

The customer service was very very impressive. Rachel and team has remarkable friendly attitude, willing to help. They helped me from a bad drunken delivery driver, who was was about to looking to extort money from me. Rachel actually did a remarkable job. Hats off to her courage and willingness to help…..5 starts for the whole team…😊

I have my travel trailer stored with Bluebird. As an early customer, staff were really helpful and keen to work things for my advantage. Staff was very friendly and returned my initial phone call very quickly. Billing has been straightforward and the website payment system works great. I went with them for the convenient location, but the service and functionality of the whole system convinces me that I made the right choice.

Don't recommend storing anything here that will perish in the buildings high heat/humidity. Screen in the office (as well as huge banner streetside) advertises climate control but 65%+ humidity and 24°+ is why I moved out. Using the washroom is a trip to a Sauna. Edit: System AC works just fine, someone is clutching at pennies at the cost of customers belongings. Plenty of days throughout summer the AC was actually running at a reasonable temperature, hard to miss when you can walk past the thermostat to see the set-point.
